xbrl filings

The SEC requires companies to provide portions of their periodic filings in XBRL (EXtensible Business Reporting Language), an XML-based language that provides for the electronic transmission of financial data into databases for analysis. XBRL exhibits are filed in raw code and, as such, an XBRL viewer is needed to display this data in a traditional format.
