Sinclair Broadcast Group Upgrades Digital Channels Comet, Charge!, and TBD with Additional Programming
SANTA MONICA, California – April 2, 2020 – Sinclair Broadcast Group (Nasdaq: SBGI), today announced that it would be making significant changes to content across three, company-owned networks, including Comet, Charge!, and TBD. The channels, which are available to the vast majority of households across the U.S., will now carry some of the most popular classic television series, as well as TBD’s first-ever original series, The Link. The new programming will go live to the channels’ wide over-the-air-distribution as well as across streaming, cable and satellite services beginning April 6, 2020. Streaming options include STIRR, Sinclair’s free, ad-supported streaming service.
