AMP Sports' Video Podcast Returns Wednesday, October 21 with Guests Carmelo Anthony, Reggie Miller, and Jamal Crawford
BALTIMORE – October 20, 2026 – Sinclair's AMP Sports today announced the return of Cousins, the video podcast hosted by NBA All-Stars, Hall of Famers, entrepreneurs, and real-life cousins Vince Carter and Tracy “T-Mac” McGrady, for a second season premiering this Wednesday, October 21st. Season 2’s first episode features interviews with Carmelo Anthony, Reggie Miller, and Jamal Crawford.
Building on its debut season, Cousins returns with more of the candid conversations, basketball insights and personal stories that bring fans closer to two of the most electrifying players in NBA history. From breaking down today's biggest NBA storylines to revisiting the unforgettable moments and personalities that defined their careers, Carter and McGrady bring a perspective shaped by decades in the game and a family connection that makes every conversation unique.
Cousins has built a following of more than 550,000 across platforms and generated a cumulative reach of 375 million. The show's first season featured conversations with high-profile guests including Luka Dončić, Donovan Mitchell and Lamar Odom, giving fans an inside look at basketball through the experiences, relationships and untold stories of some of the game's biggest names. Season 2 builds on that momentum with more of the humor, debate and behind-the-scenes stories that define the series.
“Vince and Tracy are two of the most influential players of their era, and their personalities, storytelling, and chemistry have helped them connect with fans and players across generations,” said Rich Cooke, Vice President, Audio Programming. “We’re excited to bring Cousins back for another season as part of AMP Sports’ growing podcast portfolio, creating new ways for fans of every level of the game to engage with Vince and Tracy on all platforms.”
Sponsors Xfinity, ZipRecruiter and Uncrustables return for Season 2, continuing their partnerships with Cousins and its growing audience of passionate basketball fans.
Cousins is available on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts and all major podcast platforms, with new episodes dropping every Wednesday. Fans can follow @vinceandtmac across social media for show highlights, behind-the-scenes content and exclusive extras.
“The best part about doing this show together is that we can just be ourselves, said Carter and McGrady. “We’ve known some of these guys for decades. We’ve played with them, played against them, and have stories that go beyond what happened on the court. When we get together, you never really know where the conversation is going to go, and that’s what makes it fun. Season 2 is going to be a good one.”
Cousins is part of AMP Sports growing slate of original video podcasts which include The Triple Option with Urban Meyer, Mark Ingram II and Rob Stone, Unfiltered Soccer with Landon Donovan and Tim Howard, Throwbacks with Matt Leinart and Jerry Ferrara, Post Moves with Candace Parker and Aliyah Boston, and Style of Play with Julie Ertz and Kealia Watt.
