Sinclair Broadcast Group Enters Into Retransmission Consent Agreement With Comcast

BALTIMORE, Aug. 3, 2016 — Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: SBGI), (the “Company,” “Sinclair”) announced that it has entered into a multi-year agreement with Comcast Cable for the carriage of the Company’s broadcast television stations.
