SINCLAIR NAMES CHUCK REID GENERAL MANAGER IN WICHITAHUTCHINSON, KS
Wichita-Hutchinson, KS (April 20, 2015) – Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: SBGI) announced that Chuck Reid has been promoted to General Manager of KSAS-TV (FOX), as well as the simulcasts, in the Wichita-Hutchinson, KS market. Mr. Reid will also be responsible for the oversight of KMTW-TV (MNT), which is programmed by Sinclair under a time brokerage agreement. The announcement was made by Steve Pruett, Co-Chief Operating Officer of Sinclair’s television group.
In making the announcement, Mr. Pruett said, “We are pleased to promote Chuck to the General Manager position in Wichita. In his previous position as General Sales Manager, he was successful in enhancing operational efficiencies and profitability while creating and leading a focused and engaged team.”

Mr. Reid most recently and since 2008 served as General Sales Manager of KSAS-TV (FOX) and KMTW-TV (MNT). From 2001 to 2007, he was the Vice President and General Manager of Advertising Sales for COX Media and from 1997 to 2001, he was the Manager of Business Operations for COX Media. Prior to that he held Accounting related positions at The Sports Club Company, Inc. and Westin Hotels and Resorts. Mr. Reid attended George Mason University in Fairfax, VA.
