Sinclair Names Kevin Beard as Vice President and General Manager of KGAN and KFXA in Cedar Rapids

Cedar Rapids, IA, May 26, 2026 — Sinclair today announced the appointment of Kevin Beard as Vice President and General Manager of KGAN/CBS2 Iowa and KFXA in Cedar Rapids, IA.
Beard joins Sinclair from Allen Media Group where he has held several sales leadership positions, most recently Station Manager/General Sales Manager for WSIL in Marion, IL and Local Sales Manager for WRTV in Indianapolis, IN.
