SMAC Entertainment Co-Founders Constance Schwartz-Morini and Michael Strahan Debut Podcast, Hustle Like You're Broke — The weekly video series, joining The Intersection podcast network, will premiere September 23
09.10.2026
NEW YORK, NY – September 10, 2026 – SMAC Entertainment co-founders Constance Schwartz-Morini and Michael Strahan are stepping up to the mic, as they debut their first-ever podcast, Hustle Like You’re Broke. Premiering September 23, the podcast is named after their decades-long business motto, and will feature interviews with the biggest names in entertainment, business, sports, and culture, as they go in depth about not only what it takes to succeed, but how the best continue to win long after they’ve made it. Hustle Like You’re Broke will be the second podcast to join The Intersection, the podcast network from SMAC Productions and AMP Media, and new episodes will drop weekly on Wednesdays.
A Pro Football Hall of Famer, Emmy Award-winning broadcaster, entrepreneur, and investor, Michael Strahan has successfully reinvented himself at every stage of his career. But, each of those decisions to move from the field to the stage has been purposefully calculated by a trusted source: his manager and business partner, Constance Schwartz-Morini. As the co-founder and CEO of SMAC Entertainment, Constance is no stranger to success; she’s spent decades negotiating landmark deals, building brands, and helping athletes and entertainers like Michael transform their influence into enduring businesses. Now, the duo will bring both of their experiences together to divulge what it truly takes to get to the top of the game – the habits, decisions, and movements needed – that differentiate those who achieve success, from those who sustain it.
In every episode, Constance and Michael will shed light into different success stories across industries, and the relationships or partnerships that helped drive that success. They’ll speak with the world’s most celebrated icons and executives, who will reveal the tools that have allowed them to reach and stay on top, whether it’s on the field, the stage, the screen, or in the boardroom. These guests will also be joined by the unsung heroes behind their success, who will share how their support, guidance, and advocacy has contributed along the way. Upcoming guests will include Gillie & Wallo from the hit cultural podcast Million Dollaz Worth of Game; New York Yankees legend and Baseball Hall of Fame Inductee CC Sabathia and his wife, CAA agent, philanthropist, and Sports Business Journal Game Changer honoree, Amber Sabathia, among others.
“Nobody embodies the motto, ‘Hustle Like You’re Broke,” more than Michael. It’s always been in his blood to work as hard as he can, and it’s also engrained in a lot of other people who are at the top of their game,” said Schwartz-Morini. “Michael and I want to bring that work ethic, and the lessons required to achieve it, to the greater business and cultural community, and we hope that it inspires listeners to never stop working as hard as they can to make their dreams a reality – and have fun while doing so. Even the biggest names still need to hustle.”
“Behind every great accomplishment, there’s a team that put in the work when no one was watching. For me, that has been Constance. We’ve been in the trenches together for years, and have learned that in order to achieve real success, you need not only a vision, but an incredible drive,” said Michael Strahan. “On the podcast, we’re excited to not only reflect on our work together, but we’re also looking forward to hearing from others at the top of their game about how they got to where they are, and what motivates them.”
Hustle Like You’re Broke is the second podcast to launch from The Intersection, SMAC Productions and AMP Media’s podcast network that debuted last month with the release of Get TO The Point, featuring Terrell Owens and Chris Spencer.
Constance Schwartz-Morini is co-founder and CEO of SMAC Entertainment, the talent management firm, business incubator, and Emmy-nominated production company she co-founded with Michael Strahan in 2011. Throughout her 30+ year career, she’s developed the modern playbook for how athletes and entertainers can become multihyphenate talent. Named to The Hollywood Reporter’s inaugural list of top sports agents and managers, Schwartz-Morini is the architect behind Michael Strahan’s transformation from Super Bowl champion to media titan and was the first female representative to secure a top-five highest-paid coaching contract in NCAA history for Deion “Coach Prime” Sanders. Her extensive portfolio encompasses managing an A-list roster (Erin Andrews, Wiz Khalifa, Common, Travis Hunter), orchestrating major consumer brands, including Michael Strahan™ and WEAR by Erin Andrews, and executive producing over 20 acclaimed film, TV, and audio projects, including three seasons of “Coach Prime” (Prime Video), the upcoming documentary series “Prime Time” (Netflix), the highly anticipated movie Madden (Prime Video/MGM), 9/11: United We Stand – 25 Years Later (ABC), and her own podcast she co-hosts with Michael Strahan, Hustle Like You’re Broke.
Emmy winner, Super Bowl Champion and Peabody award winning journalist Michael Strahan currently co-anchors ABC’s “Good Morning America,” serves as an analyst for “Fox NFL Sunday,” and hosts ABC’s primetime game show favorite “The $100,000 Pyramid.” For four years, Strahan co-hosted the hit talk show “LIVE with Kelly and Michael,” and prior to joining the ranks of the top sports broadcasters in the country, Strahan had a spectacular NFL career that resulted in him being named to the 2014 Pro Football Hall of Fame class. Strahan was honored with a star in the newest category of ‘Sports Entertainment’ on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Strahan is the co-founder of SMAC Entertainment, a multi-dimensional talent management, music, branding and production company to create a major presence in the sports and entertainment arena. In addition to representing globally recognized talent, SMAC produces a diversified slate of film and television content, with projects set up at major primetime cable and broadcast networks and top streamers. In 2015, Strahan launched his lifestyle brand, Michael StrahanTM, offering quality products designed to fit seamlessly into every aspect of everyday living.
