SINCLAIR ANNOUNCES THE ADDITION OF KAI JACKSON TO ITS NEWS DIVISION
Baltimore, MD (December 20, 2013) – Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: SBGI) announced that Kai Jackson has joined the corporate news division as Special Correspondent. Mr. Jackson will join Sinclair on January 2, 2014. The announcement was made by Scott Livingston, Vice President of News for Sinclair Television Group.

He’s a tremendous talent who has the ability to connect with viewers,” said Mr. Livingston. “Based in Washington D.C., Kai will cover the ‘hot button’ issues that impact our viewers all across the country. Mr. Jackson has been a successful anchor/reporter at WJZ-TV (CBS) in Baltimore, Maryland for more than 20 years. He began his career at the station in 1993 as a general assignment reporter and was quickly promoted to co-anchor. Mr. Jackson has a Bachelor of Arts degree from South Carolina State College.
